Comments evaluation EU

Following comments are contained in the evaluation report of 29 November 2001:

• Viewed as an experiment in using RDF to link XML Schemas, this proposal could provide a valuable test of one of the current foundations of Semantic Web technology. The choice of domain for the experiment, a cross-jurisdiction legal dictionary, can also be valuable in and of itself.
• The practice of law across jurisdictions will be occurring more and more frequently in the European Union. This project can act as a seed in adressing problems in these practices.
• It is important for EU social objectives to be able to practice law across jurisdictions. This project can facilitate these practices.
